European continent and Great Britain have also made their contributions to the diet here in the form of stroganoffs, frogs' legs, shrimp provenale, paella, and many tasty fresh cheeses. Most restaurants offer the aromatic and strong Turkish coffee. Brewed Western-style coffee is also available, as is the ubiquitous Nescafé and other instant coffees, sometimes in decaffeinated form.
